Bonus Recipes from Rebecca at A Humble Place

These are the two staple recipes Rebecca referred to in Episode 83! Her sausage potato casserole is simple and easy, and we have made it multiple times now. I love serving it with polenta cooked in bone broth, or Alison’s Risotto from the podcast cookbook. The leftovers are also wonderful rolled up in tortillas as a breakfast burrito! The baked oatmeal is delicious, slightly tangy and slightly sweet – it is easily adaptable to whatever your favorites in the kitchen are, of course!
